From confident use to connected workflows
The workshop follows a direct path: use Claude, direct Claude, customize Claude, operationalize Claude, and connect Claude. Each day adds a practical capability to the one before it.
The first day establishes practical AI foundations, careful review habits, safe information sharing, and familiarity with the Claude interface. The second develops prompt engineering through complete professional briefs, clarification, structured multi-stage work, and evidence-based self-review.
The later sessions move from use into reusable working systems. Participants build context-aware workspaces with Projects, explore Artifacts, Cowork, and Claude Design, then create and test a focused Claude Skill for a repeated workflow. The final day introduces agentic workflows, connectors, and Model Context Protocol, with attention to permissions, stopping conditions, failure paths, and human review.
Practice is part of the workshop
The sessions combine short explanations, guided demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. Participants work with mock data, test outputs against clear criteria, and improve their work from observed results. The format is adapted case by case while the five-day learning journey stays clear.
